nope 4/4 over 3/4 is not accurate here...collins is simply toying with the emphasized beats, if you must put it more simply. He's a master at synchopation.
by far one of the best drummers ever...and was a revelation to hear him w/ till here. wow. what a lineup. (and also kate bush. karn and ure on this show??? omg!!!)

ian has to be one of the most talented musicians of the 20th century...he doesnt get enough credit for being both a great flautist, guitar player, mandolin player.

i worked for ian anderson !! during this period !! 1982 as a tea boy at maision rouge in fulham !!! good times ! even if anderson named me the suculent pig !! LOL
