  • Thanks for the review, Fred. We've been getting a lot of power outages lately. I've got a good supply of flashlights, but need more of these that will light up a room. Thanks for the review. Aloha!

  • @jnjulie Thank you my friend, Mahalo

  • Look Great !! DKG

  • @DesertKnifeGuru Thank you very much my friend

  • Instructions are for losers! :-)

Looks like a great light to have around for a power outage.

  • @TNGlockman It sure is!

  • Horrible lantern. i bought one a few years ago before a storm. Ended up using it for camping and was very unimpressed. The batteries are difficult to install, the bulb eats through your D-cells and the leds are not impressive. The entire contstruction feels like it came off the same factory line as matel toys, you do not want to drop this lantern as it WILL break. If you are searching for a good lantern the Rayovac 3D cell sportsman extreme is hands down one of the best lanterns.

  • I just got one today, testing it out now. So far so good, I think the krypton bulb last 15 hours and the LEDs is 500 hours continuous use. It's pretty good, both the krypton bulb and the LED lights, light up my room really well.

  • thanks for showing me how to open it, man.The instructions are lame

  • i have some questions: 1. is this a chinese made ? 2. can i install a halogen bulb instead the krypton ? thanks.

  • LOL I'm a flashlight nut too man, just subscribed!

  • Nice little extra light imo.

  • Fred Hart is part moth I need to get a decent LED lantern so when the power goes out. A candle or putting my led in the middle of my room isn't cutting it.

  • I have one of these things wired up to my lawn tractor just in case I run into a SHTF/WROL situation while I'm cutting the grass at night.
