The famous Queen Christmas show at the Hammersmith Odeon on December 24th 1975 was broadcasted on BBC2 on Friday Nov 27th.

The BBC crew packed their cameras before the second encore, that's why Seven Seas Of Rhye and See What A Fool I've Been are not available on video.

Freddie looks fantastic in a white satin catsuit outfit, with a custom designed mini-jacket, exaggerated flared trousers and white boots. He also wears numerous rings and bangles, and has the finger nails of his left hand painted black. His hair is long, thick, wavy and jet black. John wears white satin trousers and waistcoat, and a black shirt. Brian too, is clad entirely in white; sporting his beloved Zandra Rhodes cape, and reminiscent of a white Batman. Both he and Freddie look decidedly God-like!

Brian and Freddies parents meet for the first time at this show. It transpires they had lived close to one another for over sixteen years, yet somehow have never actually encountered one another.

  • NOW I'M HAPPY

  • That's the tiniest waist I've seen on a man.

  • the greatest rock band to ever walk the face of the earth.

  • Just a delight to hear the audience singing along on Killer Queen, even at the breakneck speed Freddie set.

  • Brian May and his fathers Ukelele Banjo. Legend! ^.^

  • Farrokh Bulsara.. perfect voice, classically trained on the piano, songwriter Bohemian Rhapsody is your legacy designed Queens logo..Beautiful,shy sweet and .sexy..part of something so perfect. Brian May Guitar Master Brilliant song writter, Roger Taylor great on drums and that falsetto John Deacon wrote some of Queen's most memorible songs and amazing bass player. I miss your presence Freddie Mercury..I admire how you lived...and died on your terms Glad I got to see Queen LIVE

  • i would say that was a failed attempt at curling your R's, Freddie...

  • Of course I like this "NumbeRR" and the hand...the Killer hand...OMG!

"I reign with my left hand I rule with my right

I'm lord of all darkness I'm queen of the night

    I've got the poweeer

Now do the march of the Black Queen"

Gotta give it the the rest of the boys too, you feel how much fun they had doing this medley in particular..Johnny is the cuttest!. Thank you afr00dita, again.

  • All the changes between songs are so clever and well planned out.

  • i love how freddie said numberrrrr at the beginning lol
