i have a question i know where the portal is to go to the museum but when i go to the portal it always says portal out of order come back later. when can u use the portal?

ah my friend only wat you gonna do is go to your ps2 or ps3 menu and go to clock and put in 3:00 am nd you can get in the teleporter or beat the game 100 % or watch glitches part 8 to learn how to get in the insomanic meusem faster
