J. Anderson discusses the 'Strawman' that is perceived to exist from the standing of the real man in Common Law.

If you are entering into their jurisdiction by submission or under-standing, then you give up any rights and claims unless specifically reserved.

If you have submitted or under-stood (stood under) their jurisdiction then you have no standing to argue about the existence of the 'Strawman' as you are under the rules of their game.

You cannot enter their game and then argue about their rules once you have already submitted and under-stood them.

What is of value? It is relevant to the purchaser. What is the value of what you bring to the marketplace? Art, trades, labor, intellect, defending, caretaking? It is relevant, what may be valuable today may not be of value tomorrow. Or valuable in one place and not another.

For something to have value all that is required is at least two people agree this something is valuable. Thats why FRN's always bear the signatures of the Treasurer and the Secretary of the Treasury.

Market value may or may not accurately reflect intrinsic value. Water for example may be considered more valuable during drought, but its value for nourishing life will always remain constant.

@wanshei Some resources will always remain valuable. Such as water and salt. Two of the 3 building blocks of life that are naturally occuring that we can control. Bio-electricity is also one of the 3 but we cannot control it naturally. These 2 things are relevant and valuable to every human. Without them we cannot support our life functions which is our primary objective of life. To survive. Basic essentials to support survival at its most basic level will always remain valuable.

Great lecture, however it's generated more questions than answers for me.

Having looked at all the cards in my wallet, I found my name is in all capital letters on all cards with the exception of my Victorian Shooter Licence. It's in lower case with the exception of the first letter of each name part, ie John Doe, and so is my Field and Game membership card. Can anyone help me answer the question as to why me, the natural person has the licence and not the strawman?
