This video shows my new shelf layout during one of the first operation sessions. It's an end of the line switching layout with some yard tracks and several industrial spures.
The layout ist build in N-scale on 30 x 117cm. I'll start with scenery and structures during the next weeks.

  • VISIONBAT, as this guy has never answered any question I will for him!. You're right, push pull knobs are connected to a small electric switches under the table, one for each switch and is used to change its frog polarity. To uncouple the cars he uses a pointed wood stick; the ones used for stringing small pieces of meat, cheese, etc. You can find ones of this in any supermarket. Hope this help you and greetings from Chile !

  • can you describe how your switches are being operated? (what appears to be push pull knobs on the front of the layout). Also what are you using to uncouple the cars. Great layout.

  • IST SEHER GUT!

  • Looks like its a smooth running layout.I like it.

    Will you be adding scenery?

    And

    What size is yiur layout?

  • that looks awfully alot like the switching puzzle john allen did with his Gorre & Dephetid layout. i like at.

  • not enough action for me i have a 6 foot yard to do all that switching on thank you very much though

  • This is great. I'm after doing something similar but in 00 so i'll need a bit more room but the switching system is fantastic.

  • Looks good. Mine is close to that stage. I just have to run the wiring for the switches. BTW, I like the way you have your switches. Great job.
