Approximately 400 guests were in attendance to witness the proclamation of May 28th as Latino Media Day in Massachusetts by Governor Deval Patrick during the 2009 Access Awards.

Boston Latino TV celebrated their second annual Access Awards on May 28th at Underbar Lounge in Boston. BLTV honored and recognized six individuals and organizations that demonstrated commitment to the Latino community by using their influence, creativity, leadership, networks, passion, vision and spirit for the advancement of the Latino community.

Hosted by Jam'n 94.5 radio personality, Ramiro Torres, the event also featured Louis Ortiz, a Barack Obama impersonator, who truly exemplified this year's Agents of Change Theme.
