DSA Hey Baby ( Thee Desperado x Mystify HG ) Straight Egyptian Arabian Horse

With Class A accomplishments already to her credit, she made her national debut at the 2006 Egyptian Event in Lexington, Kentucky. As a two year old she tied with the first place filly for points, and was awarded second. In 2007, as a three year old, she returned to Kentucky and came in first, a win which she repeated as a five year old in 2009 with handler Frank Sponle of Germany. Hey Baby's Egyptian Event record now includes an impressive list of accomplishments including:

2006 Second Place Two Year old Futurity Fillies with Shawn Crews

At the 2006 Event, Hey Baby tied the first place filly in points in her Two Year old Futurity Filly class, but was awarded a technical second according to call judge rankings. She was one of only two in her futurity class that year to score a perfect 20, a class which was very large and highly competitive. At the 2007 Egyptian Event, Hey Baby held the highest number of points of any mare at the show, behind only the Supreme Champion Mare and Reserve Supreme Champion Mare.

In June of 2009, Hey Baby's first foal was born. She produced a beautiful bay colt of unparalleled beauty, who ranks as his breeder's most highly regarded foal thus far. Along with his dam's exotic looks, this colt has a notably short head in the likeness of his German ancestors. Expectations are high that this colt will follow his mother's successful steps into the show ring.
