  • I think also that the Center of gravity too much in front. So you can't have any advantages over a regulary bike. I'm guessing that the center of gravity(~belly button) is llike 45° back from the front axis. So you can still brak with 1G.

(perhaps it's now just the setting for children. So they can reach the peddals)

But if they had the seat more in the back, they could easily reach more than 1 G.

  • Yes, but I was presuming that there would be brakes on the back as well as the front. However, heavy braking on the rear wheel will cause the wheel to lock because there is no weight on it. The front wheels are supporting the weight, heavy braking will push the centre of gravity ahead of the rider and increase the risk of the trike tipping up. Judging by the thumbs down on my other comment, somebody disagrees with me,

  • 2 brakes. one in front one at the back.

  • I agree. I like the idea and the design but the centre of gravity looks wrong. I presume the brakes are on the front wheels because that's where the weight is. It looks like sudden braking would lift the rear wheel or flip the bike over.

  • Looks a little dangerous having her weight so close to those front wheels.

  • the cranks are a bit long for the little girl

  • nettes Filmchen!
