@misetoile1 Thank you, I feel so bad for people like this. They don't know the poverty that she lived in before she became so successful. She really brings the Word of God to life when she teaches on how God wants each Christian to be completely successful. It's too bad people judge others without knowing the entire truth.

I still can not see why JM is so interesting in this case. It wasn`t her who killed the woman and the kids. he was working for her. that is a complicated thing for JM i bet. often we want to see something that is not there because we do not like a person or what that person is doing.

wow while i am listening to you albie i came across Joyce herself the 1800 number is constant on the screen . why isn't she coming out talking about this herself she is now talking about warning signs...how god gives her waning signs when things are going haywire, so god probably told her to run over to the colemans at 7 am see if he killed his wife and kids ...1-800 number for 4 cds a book running across the screen... she ends with god is our vindicator across the screen...

What we have on this side of heaven is nothing. We store up treasures that don't rust or that moth cannot eat. Eternal treasures. There are rich people, there are poor people...good people are enriched like some of those who have large ministries and bad people are enriched with large compounds as well like drug dealers. I believe the heart of Joyce Meyer is for God . I am not saying that a drug dealer cannot be saved I am saying if they were their life would reflect it.

TV evangelists who live luxurious lifestyles do not always portray the best image to the folks out there seeking the truth. Even on the RickRoss website, Billy Graham of course is the only one who came up with an excellent rating, and rightly so, because he was truly interested in people's salvation more than their wallets. Living in a garage doesn't make one a car. Growing up in a church-going, grace-saying family doesn't make one a christian. Graham knew that salvation is by grace alone.

These people are wolves in sheeps clothing and any one who make their fortune off of God will not pass through the gates of heaven. Religion is good when people can gather for goodness, however, when there is mansions and millionaires involved in the preaching, I think the goodness is gone.....greed has taken over.

The method of bypassing the the thinking part of the brain becomes a habit, and can be contagious. The normal functioning brain would object to giving money to someone who obviously has too much, and drives a better car than you do. The logical part of the brain would notice the discrepancy of what wa supposed to go to God, was seemingly getting stuck somewhere in JM's compound. A far cry from the "Be content with what you have." that abounded in the NT.

The Methodist minister in town doesn't have any bodyguards, and certainly no chauffeur to take him to the hospital to stop by and visit church members. He meets with a bereaving family about their service. He makes housecalls, just like Jesus did. Try getting a televangelist to do this.
The people aren't stupid--they're the salt of the earth types, that have been taken in by slick pub. rel.marketing, etc. that tell them of surveys they've taken that show people don't mind JM being rich!???

I unsubscribed and then I thought you chicken you need to say what you feel. I am disappointed in how you maligned Joyce Meyer. You are a wonderful, artistic, woman with many gifts but you give your creator our Lord no credit. Joyce Meyer may have her problems but she has the heart of David turned to God. I pray that he touches your heart because I know that someone with your influence can make a great difference to this dark world.
