Yes, I agree. However, I am doing the Delta and I think it is good to read up on the theory first and then look at these teaching methodology videos to see how they work out in practice!

It is very helpful to observe teachers in order to get ideas. It's much better than reading about it in a book.
I wish there were more videos like this.
