I know that it's common for listeners to comment on those who vote a thumbs down but it really is absolutely amazing that 54 individuals would not like this music. I find it to be, arguably, the most beautiful song that PP&M ever recorded and they created alot of magic on vinyl over the years. It broke my heart when we lost Mary in 2009, a lady who always made the personal sacrifice, and commitment, to sing of the need for social consciousness and peace on earth. She was my hero.

My wife and I have seen these guys many times over the decades. My wife would always cry and I would hold back the tears. Now in my 60's, I recognize the mistake I made and now the tears flow freely. God bless them!

Thumbing down PP&M? That's worthy of a slap to the melon. Nice sound. Always thought that Mary was pretty in a sort of non-traditional way.

I like Lightfoot's version better. I'm not buying any idea that these three are getting drunk in the morning outside of the airport...after washing up on the beach after a night of drinking.

i love this song....the political backdrop and the humanity behind their music...brings me to tears...all those lives lost in Vietnam.....will the world ever grow the hell up?.. it's very doubtful...mankind has too many character flaws....though one can always remain hopeful...
