I could, but there is no point, since it's way too easy.
For example: UU dd u=5 d=-1. "U" here means puch that pin up, "d" means puch the pin down. "u=5" means turn a corner with an upper pin 5 times clockwise. "d=-1" obviously: turn a corner with a "d" pin 1 time anticlockwise.

how do i know what pin to push n what corner to turn?

The clock has 4 corners and 4 pins. Look at the scramble and it will become obviuos. Just make sure to hold the puzzle with 12 on top.
