  • wall cloud, at the end,, I guess the up/down drafts were strong, tornadoes are possible from wall cloud!!

    I think because of heavy rain the air cooled pretty fast shifting the warm air upwards forming the low clouds which continue to feed the thunderstorm.

  • Wow, very cool! At 14 seconds, I think what's happening is the cold moist air from the downdraft (just behind the rotating updraft) is getting back into that updraft. Because it's nearly saturated with water, the water condenses back out of it at a lower altitude. Can anyone confirm that this is what's happening?
