What the hell? My friend had a jailbroken PS3, Bootlegged Warranty, and a banned account and somebody changed his password and he got it back after 3 mins of talking to sony... This is so lame. Tell him that you had the account aqnd the password was changed. They'll give you an email to the account you signed up with. You don't have to keep telling them you are 'Optic Jambi'. I promise you 100% they dont care.
