  • and furthermore, i was probably talking about the actress playing her anyway..

  • @nightofcrimson13 calm the hell down weirdo, i was referencing king henry and wrote "she" instead of "he".. jeez give me a break! have you never made a typo?

  • @findleyrocks: you jerk - Catherine Howard was only about 17 or 18 years old when she met the King,

  • i love these old bbc historical miniseries. this one, elizabeth r, the one about king edward [ victorias son. i think it was called edward the king? i saw it on netflix ] edward and mrs simpson. a lot of time has passed since these old shows were made and more facts may have come to light on some of these people but the shows are still great and keep you hooked.

  • And nothing changed in over 400 years. Her Royal Highness Diana Princess of Wales was another victim of family politics, royal intrigue, deception and the continued acceptance that a prince can have a mistress and lie before god while his wife should say nothing. Shame on the British especially all women for accepting the Whore Parker Bowles.

  • All blame should be put on the Howard men- all they cared about was power, and they used their women as a means to that end; but if anything went wrong, then they would throw the poor girl under the bus, and use another innocent to do their dirty work-(not that Catherine was all that innocent) but if the truth had been told before any marriage had taken place, then things would have been very different, and there would have been one less life lost. Poor girl.

  • I grew up with some of these Howards. The stories I could tell.

  • IS SHE DONALD PLEASANTS DAUGHTER?FR. HALLOWEEN?
