love susan egan! and also her vibrato is one broadway star out of manys that i can ACTUALLY tolerate. outstanding performance!

Susan Egan is terrific, but I don't like the way she lingered over the word "corpse" and made a tragedy out of it. She's the second Sally on YouTube I've seen do that. It's wrong, first because it stops the rhythm of the song, which in my opinion is pretty much an absolute no-no (stretch it out, that's different). Second, because it loses the whole point of this song, which is enforced gaiety. It doesn't make sense to get that tragic over the word "corpse"--she's already said Elsie was dead.

THE BEST non-OBC Sally in this revival. Hands down. Love it. She really encompassed ALL the aspects of Sally that all the others added bits and pieces to. Such an honor to see it live at the time before the closing. THanX so Much!!! (P.S.: My Fave Emcee was Jon Petersen, followed by Raul E.) ;-)

I saw almost of of the Sally's in this production....sorry to say I missed Susan.

She was incredible as Sally! You can see her losing it more and more as the song progresses and she really understand the character. LOVE HER.

@cbroxs17 Im pretty sure that is due to the video taping of the show. not the actual lighting. stage lights are very bright and make it hard for cameras to focus and get washed out easily. they make filters for cameras for just that purpose. I know it wasn't like that when I saw it after it first opened
