@LOogt I am Glowrious George. You'd be amazed at the variety of colors now available. Some are near invisible in regular light, but most are visible in regular light. Under UV they all glow. Pigments are expensive when sets are purchased. Investing hundreds of dollars for all the colors available would not make sense to an artist who would only use for novelty purposes; like all the white stuff most people associate with blacklight or UV tattoos. @A1phawolf Visible in both kinds of light. My arms and legs are essentially all UV, and look like the rest of my body in regular light. When I am around UV, of course everything glows. And my "traditional" tattoos are pastel. So it is a perfect fit.
