As for safety, these anti-dairy videos lie about dairy safety in three common lies: milk supposedly causes cancer (which has been proven untrue in many studies), milk takes calcium OUT of our bones (which is not only untrue, and proven to be untrue, but is pretty stupid, when you think about it) and that milk has pus in it, which is a terrible twisting of the fact that milk, like our blood, has unactivated white cells, put there on purpose, to protect it. These are all terrible lies.

These anti-dairy videos are biased, and should be ignored, espcially by mothers of growing kids who need the highest RDA of calcium, since dairy products are the only food that can provide that RDA in 4 servings, while the best plant source, bok choy, requires 9.2 servings, kale: 13 & broccoli: 18.

Note, dear reader, that all current textbooks of nutrition, such as my September, 2012, "Present Knowledge in Nutrition," by Erdman et al, tell us that dairy products are not only completely safe, but are the best food source of calcium, as only 4 servings provide the RDA thereof for kids & older adults (1,200-1,300mg). No realistic plant source can provide that RDA in reasonable amounts.

At ALL costs? What about starvation? Maybe if you weren't reliant on hyperbole to make your point I might be less inclined to dismiss your argument as mere propaganda.
