  • i dont get the dennic kucinich part

  • EXACTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • exactly! so if you heard it, you might chuckle.. that's exactly my point.

  • Only geniuses can be funny? That is a pretty rediculous claim. And while i agree that this song is funny i don't think it is particurlarly subtle

  • I agree with you, while the song may be humerous its obvious these people are forcing the laughter out, they seem to be fawning sycophants, makes me feel vaguely sick :P

  • she started off as a comedian. so why NOT laugh? SHE'S CLEVER!!

if you don't think she's funny, you're probably not listening, or the message went right over your head. true her voice is amazing and her as a musician is just plain HOT but.. she's brilliant.. and only geniuses can be funny. and not that adam sandler crap either!

  • I just love her

  • This seems to be a recording made by someone in the audience. It's only logical that you hear whoever happens to sit nearest to the microphone the loudest. And I think it IS a comedy act. One with a message, sure, but all the same a comedy act. It would be strange if the audience listened with straight faces all the time.

  • I agree, I saw her at the Zipper Factory and there was group of guys that laughed at every fucking lyric, even during few serious tunes. It was irritating, especially when trying to hear that pretty voice of hers.

She is pretty damn clever and snarky though. Love her music.

  • I'll just listen to the album version :D
