As much as I want to believe this raving idiot, a 2nd depression is unavoidable. We can't just expect to spend trillions of dollars, and expect there to be no consequences. Under , Obama, too many dollars were printed out of thin air. The worse is still ahead of us. Hyperinflation seems be that future, and everything, including food, will cost MILLIONS OF $ (no joke!). Unemployment would pass 50%

I remember the last time the economy was this bad in the early 80's. We had double-digit unemployment and were in an equally sharp downturn. Thankfully, Reagan and Congress worked together and passed a massive stimulus spending package which saved us from a 2nd Great Depression and ignited a strong, 7-year recovery. You won't find any record of this stimulus in history books or on Google, but trust me it did get passed. It's just kind of a secret I guess.

I am just so happy Obama and Congress worked to pass the stimulus bill. Virtually every economist agrees that had it not been for the stimulus bill, the world would have, in fact, exploded. Volcanoes would have erupted everywhere and frogs would have started falling from the sky. It is true just ask any respected economist.

Thank God Obama saved us from a 2nd Great Depression. I don't have any evidence how he actually did this but MSBC is saying it so it much be true.

If it wasn't for the stimulus package we'd all be starving and living under bridges right now. Again, I have no evidence of this but this is what my Democratic leaders tell me so I'm going with it.

Rachel Maddow can be very endearing to so many people so it confuses me why she fudges numbers to make them look more appealing. Her graph GDP graph 30 seconds in is way way off. Q4 GDP estimates are between +3-6% but who cares when unemployment keeps rising despite 3million being dropped from the numbers (we're really@12%). Obama has done nothing but bail out the big banks and auto companies, just like Bush. A lot of us gave him our hope but we still haven't received change. Obama = Bush III
