awesome video man ! Im doing my balance test in 2 days and this is by far the best vid out on youtube ! now all i need to learn are the other basics of the balance test (simple riding and whatnot).

Any person who is jumping on the bike and going without doing an inspection especially after it has been sitting for a while is just asking for a wreck. I have been riding for over 15 years now and have always done an inspection and I have found things that could have caused the bike to wreck. So always do a Safety Inspection

I like to just get on it, if it starts ok then your good to go!

Nice T-Clocs :P
-
nice thanks keep up the good work

could you do a video about riding with a passenger? Some people say it's different than normal riding.
-
what exhaust is that

o wow thanks for the tip man turning 18 in 2 weeks :) ill do some looking

but dont worry many crashes are because the rider is stupid. my only crash 2 years ago was because i was racing a track modded Ninja 500 against a gixxer 600 so i crashed at 140mph trying to take a 50mph turn.

R1 is a great bike and if you know how to ride just dont speed too much or else you might crash in a turn. if its your first bike get a 250 like sfninja did in case you drop it or someone hits you you dont wanna pay to fix an R1. plus the insurance is a million times cheaper lol but do what you want
great vid.. so what year is ur f4i? i have one with the same color scheme but with lots of scratches on it.

This might be so obvious that you didn't include it, but I think it's a good idea to visually check your gas level before you ride too. Gas gauges break, and then you're screwed. Just take a look inside the tank and move the bike from side to side to see if the level is approximately where the gauge says it should be.
Great vids tho. You wouldn't happen to be a pilot would you?

Good point. I sometimes do that but usually rely on the trip or odometer reading to check my fuel. Nope, I'm not a pilot, but I've always liked the plane-motorcycle analogy.
