The mother of these Kribensis fry kept attacking the dad because she felt somewhat threatened by him and had her protective instincts going strong. Once i put in a few target fish, however, the parents started working together as a team and focused all their attention and aggression on the other fish instead of on eachother.

    And my fish (I also have the pulchers), the mother was once ''target'', not father, and in my opinnion it seems that the father is a better parent than mother, but both of them didn't even thought to hurt the babies,...
