New Midnight Club LA mod (unlock all cars and performance upgrades)

omfg this is an amazing mod that i found myself, you unlock all the cars in the game that arent in the online vehicle packs and all the upgrades...however these things still need to be purchased but with the money mod i showed you in my last video that will be easy, do not leave a comment on the mod video i will post in the future about the dub edition cars being locked still because if you click on them like you were going to buy them it will work like it wasnt "locked" and you will be prompted with the comfirm purchase screen like normal.

nope, there cant be.. no way to enter them... however you could go around and get all the collectables...i think theres a cheat you can unlock that is money...

@soccerdude3721 i dont have the game anymore but what i am trying to say that if i beat the game i can also have the fast car you do and it would come down to who is the better racer because this is not forza where you can mess with the gear ratios, and things like that so that fastest car is the fastest car in mc la so you cant brag about what every one can get sooner or later if they play the game
