This exhaust setup sounds awesome. I am thinking about ditching my Borla Stingers for this setup. Very Nice

i still keep coming back to this youtube clip, god damn it sounds good! If you still sign on here, you should get an in car clip of cruising around, that would be awesome

haha damn!, those are are some steep plans. =) just skipping straight over cams and going for the gold i see ;-)
How did you like your throttle body/plenum combo? and did you notice any changes with the aluminum flywheel?

haha, I wonder if the setup normally trips the CEL. That's weird, I'm hoping it doesn't because that's such a sweet setup that is potentially emissions legal. It's either that or weld in flows and swap an o/r H pipe with fake cats in and out every 2 years when inspection rolls around and they molest your car.
I honestly noticed very little, but just a tad bit of quickness. haha the clutch is what i noticed the most, that mother effer is extremely hard to press. I mean ive gotten used to it and i love it, but no one can drive my car, no one but me. haha

well the high flows i had on it were the bassani high flows, just two. when you picked one up to look in it, if you put it up towards light, you could see right through it. so it honestly doesnt restrict much. haha ill have to make a new video since i no longer have cats and i have a tune, 75mm throttle body, upper intake plenum, aluminum flywheel, and centerforce DFX stage 2 clutch. i also plan on getting a stroker kit and turbo-ing it over the next few years.

are the headers emissions legal? i'm looking into getting a mustang in the near future and i'm already planning it out, LOL. I really wanna get a set of midlengths since long tubes definitely fail inspection while shorties just don't make enough power for the money+work. will your full exhaust setup pass the sniff test?

they will definitely not pass the sniff test at the moment. When i did have the cats on it, the service engine light kept coming on and going off, which is odd. i never got it tested, around here they just ask if you have cats and then you say yeah and they pass it. haha

i picked bassani because no one around here has it, NO ONE. lol
simply because its pretty darn expensive compared to other brands. no other mustang sounds like mine around here though so ill say that you get what you pay for, and it also has a lifetime warranty unless you weld on it. you can get the bassani catback, and the high flow catted x-pipe and you should be good on emissions, my check engine light didnt come on until i put on headers. look into the bassani side exit catback aswell.

just go with a bassani x-pipe with high flow cats, and a bassani catback, or borla if you want more of a rasp sound. but if you want it to really sound good, you're gonna have to put headers on and cut the cats off. haha. i took the cats off of mine and it sounds amazing. i get compliments all the time. but i live in an un-inforced emissions state. well, they dont really care, as long as the check engine light is on in bladen county, nc. lol
