VFX Mac: VM Bundle Installation Guide

A visual installation guide on an intel mac for the following items featured in the previous videos:

The installations were performed on a german language OS-X 10.5.8. So on your computer the expressions will be in your own language, but they are positioned in exactly the same places, so it's easy to locate them nevertheless. Furthermore this video only has a supporting function as animated visualization to the written pdf guides. So it's highly recommended to consult these too.

The SonicProjects VM Bundle is an adapted plugin bundle for VFX Mac and PC and the SM Pro Audio V-Machine. It includes adapted versions of OP-X and Stringer as well as two effect plugins and ready to play banks.

SonicProjects OP-X and Stringer originally are windows only plugins. With VFX and the adapted versions of the VM Bundle it's nevertheless possible to play and record them on intel macs.

The video shows how VFX and VMB have to be installed and how to use SoundFlower to record the audio output of VFX to a track of a sequencer.

@dunas77 hi - the vm bundle is not freeware, it's a commercial product that cam be boutght at sonicprojects (see link in the description); note that the vm bundle soon will be updated to the 2.0 VFX which will make this guide not valid anymore

couldn't download the VFX_library from the smproaudio site, just the application...
