Formula 3 at Paeroa. Came 9th in the field on a pro twin spec bike. There were still a couple of Pro Twins ahead of me though. Was using my very worn old (dated 2005) tyres, so as you can see the bike was moving around like all hell underneath me, saving my new Michelins for Nationals next week. Still had an absolute blast. You only get 4 practice laps, and then we only got 6 race laps, so that's all the time I had to learn to ride this bike around this circuit. Pretty happy coming from the 6th row of the grid (no qualifying). I think some people didn't show up and they would have been directly ahead of me so it made it easy for me to shoot up the middle and gain a bunch of places. The guy who passed me mid race is Nick Southerwood, made a mistake and ran too deep into turn one. Best lap of 52.3 I think. Would have been 2nd row of the grid for race 2 if it wasn't cancelled. There were too many accidents and no ambulances left so they had to call it a day.

Music is by the Chemical Brothers. Had to re-upload due to WMG not liking that I had some Prodigy in my last video.
At 4:27 I lost the back end going into turn one, and had to stand the bike up to regain traction and that's when Nick overtook me. I was going into corners too hot quite often, because I didn't have a chance to learn any braking markers in the few laps that we are afforded.
