Graeme Street, owner for http://cyclo-club.com discusses his first go round into triathlon and the crazy idea of NOT wearing socks to save a few seconds in transition. Is it really worth it for triathletes?
For my feet, anything longer than a 5k run is worth putting socks on. The extra time I spend in transition for Olympic+ distances is better than blisters forming after 30 min of running.
I go the socks myself. I can't imagine the blisters. Interesting tip on putting glue on the inserts. Thanks for this video.
