You don't need anybody to tell you the globe's screwed.
The yellow Canary in the coal mine (gold) is chirpin at 977 US.
Gold has a direct relationship to monetary inflation (US Fed Note is world reserve). Nothings backing it, yet they created trillions out of thin air.
Still think you can afford wars on foreign soil, or is the US citizen worth saving ? Just askin, when are you guys going to wake up ?

@GordosMama1111. You might be right about that. However I am constantly surprised that people who earn massive sums often call for cutbacks on things that help poor folks. If someone doesn't need assistance and can stand on their own then good luck to them. However in the present economy people do need help. If that help manages to get them back into a paying job then it is worth it. Ronald Reagan's family got assistance during the '30s and it helped them through those lean times.

@densaner77 i have to wonder if he meant something along the lines of "no one helped him to get off those things" but of course i am adding in my own personal account. for 6 weeks after i was born my mother needed assistance and when she went right back to work and canceled them, they were shocked and actually tried to convince her she NEEDED their help. but yea, he said that way wrong.
