The Beauty of Teaching with Cases

In this video Paddy Miller explains the central role that case studies play in his classes.
Miller says that the main advantage of presenting cases in class is that they provide an accurate portrayal of the realities of business practice: "the case study is a history of real people in real situations."

The case study is clearly a useful educational tool that encourages students to think deeply and on their feet.
