  • No lockers on the front axle?

  • The FJCruisers don't come with a front locker (and there's no factory option for one either). They do have a really nice system that stops free spinning wheels with the brakes - a computer system Toyota calls ATRAC. That said, you can get an ARB airlocker for the front, which I have on my FJ Cruiser (not shown, because I was filming someone else here).

  • No offense, but getting on the front bumper to help a vehicle step over a bump, could have been your last mistake you ever made.

  • It also doesn't add a huge amount of relative weight (150-200lbs cf 2000+lbs from the vehicle.

  • I am hoping that was you on the video camera and not the bumper mir, haha

  • Yeah, I'm filming. At some point I think you can hear my eroded Yorkshire accent :)

    Good lesson learned about momentum and letting your suspension do what it's supposed to do! Trust the truck!
