There should be an option that makes physgun beams invisible. That's what I used.

How do you film stuff like this and how do you get a cam without moving when you touch the ragdoll and move it?

I used recording software called fraps, and the physgun beam didn't show because I turned it off in options.

You mean how is the camera still? If you do, it's because I put a camera up, pressed the key to look through it and then recorded.

@zachbrown95 umm im his brother...he lost his account so he cant really answer. but u can get garrys mod on steam for 9.99 $. just search steam download on google and it shud pop up. then go to the steam store once its dowloaded and search for garrysmod...sorry for the late response
