Youtube Isn't Fair Anymore!

Youtube has drastically changed and I am sick of it! Youtube doesn't care about freedom of speech,the bill of rights, or anything! Well am I the only one who is sick of the prosecution? I'd think not.

you go the the video you would like to submit and copy the website url and then go to the group and click "Submit videos" and paste the url

Technically, the first amendment does not apply to youtube as they are a website that is available world wide. Not every place in the world has freedom of speech, therefore, it does not and can not apply to youtube unless it becomes only available in the U.S and no where else.

@DarkRukia1986 was going to start after like 8 months after season 2 was done. THAT wasn't fair to my subscribers and not fair to me either. Now I'm fricken worried that those subscribers won't recognize me anymore, even if I put a note on every video that I have uploaded so far that my account had been suspended. I'm sick and tired of how youtube suspended my account unfairly. I have worked soooo hard on all my videos and to get that many subscribers (3 years total) and for what?

Yea, you say it!! Just recently my account, kanekoaikawa, had been suspended just because of an AMV that I had posted. It was my first Sony Vegas AMV and lots of people were looking forward to it, and then Youtube flags it for copyright. I submit a dispute, and Youtube fucking suspends my account!!! I had to make a new one!!! It sucks because I had a lot of subscribers on my old account and I kinda had a fan base due to my chats. They were looking forward to seeing the next season, which I
