Im Chinese and i can assure you that there are very very extremely rare places that make their own noodles AND have dumplings as a dish.

98% of Chinese restaurants don't have the skill or manpower to do that

I don't agree...

It's like that for any traditional food: If there's no-one inside the restaurant from the nationality, it's probably not a good restaurant for that type of food, be it Chinese, Italian, Mexican..., only because natives know their food better than anyone else in the world :)

as a chinese born and raised in mainland china， i gotta say LEGENDARY is definitely better than PEACEFUl. almost everything in LEGENDARY is authentic！ Peaceful is not bad，but it can't be called good in my opinion.BTW, the beef roll in PEACEFUL is really tasty
