@mjlorton Excellent !
My Yt Channel began purely to publicise the SunFoil. To bolster the Credibility of my (Autodidactic) work, I decided to upload clips of other stuff I've been "Not Wrong" about..., and stuff that happens, here on the Endangered Species Sanctuary. So far, most people have been highly resistant to the idea that their Sacred Car can be improved... So, please tell all y'r friends !
Ciao...

I've played around with solar for a while too, and I agree with everything you say :) I like to blend the usage of amorphous and polycrystalline, given their different attributes. Check out some of my (kind of crude) but interesting under one watt low level light circuits based (roughly) on Tesla's original concepts.

Nice build! That'd be great set up for a boat or a camper.

can u provide a diy link for mppt charge controller on at least more info on mppt thanks great
@mjlorton No worries, glad to be of service... I'll try to PM y' a present, the Raw Data of the SunFoil Project. I suspect y'll enjoy it ?
Ciao !

@mjlorton G'day... VERY Nice..! However, I understand that the 19-21 Volts measured at the PV is "Open Circuit", & at Zero Amps. If y' put a Clampmeter on the Lead, while A Multimeter does the Volts, y'll see it. Then get a 2nd Multimeter, set to Amps & as the Amps at Short-Circuit rise, Volts will drop.... The Battery's Voltage (Resistance to Charge) rises, as it's Resting-Discharge is replaced. A 1.7 Amp rated PV gives 1.9-2.1 Amps, at Open Circuit.

@786Mujy Hello, I'm sorry but I have not used any books as a reference. I know there are some books on Amazon but I think you'll find the best information on Google and YouTube.
Cheers,
Martin.
