Good ol Domtar pumpin shit into the river. If you look at the river on google earth the water turns from a blueish colour to dark brown just past the mill.. No wonder you can only eat 2 fish per year outta that river its full of mercury.

Nice view,,however I don't think this is a black hole,,more like a strong under
water spring coming to the surface. If water is low or early spring this sometimes
occurs. I grew up on the river and lake. Just a thought for a logical explanation
