Got my 992b about a month ago. After adjusting the regulator a little bit to compensate for my daily routine, the thing runs +/- 3 seconds per day, and usually ends up only about 10 seconds slow by the end of the week.

I'd say that's pretty accurate... As far as I remember a railroad grade movement had to stay accurate within 30 seconds of a week. So 10 second variance is very accurate.
