You make it look so easy (but with a good aerobic work-out to boot). Just curious, can you tell me why you choose to use a plastic bucket, but Sandor recommends not using plastic?

@wongawallen Because I dont' have a crock and the veggies aren't in there for long. Only long enough to massage them until they're a little wilted. Then they're transferred to glass. I wouldn't store in plastic. I hope this helps! xx
