  • You make it look so easy (but with a good aerobic work-out to boot). Just curious, can you tell me why you choose to use a plastic bucket, but Sandor recommends not using plastic?

  • @wongawallen Because I dont' have a crock and the veggies aren't in there for long. Only long enough to massage them until they're a little wilted. Then they're transferred to glass. I wouldn't store in plastic. I hope this helps! xx

  • @RawPleasureAustralia thanks for clarifying:)  can you also tell me the name of the tool you're using to cut the carrots, etc?

  • @wongawallen Sure, it's called a spirooli or a 3 in 1 turning slicer depending on who you talk to. xx
