Vampire weekend is smart, they get Gaga. Go them! They are amazing. Only people who hate Gaga are the people who don't look into her songs & performances & just automatically say its stupid & weird.

Honestly, I think it's very easy to hate Lady Gaga if you're looking at her from a-first-glance-perspective. She seems attention seeking and off putting...but once you know what she's about, you sort of "get it" and fall in love with her...and then you feel sorry for anyone that doesn't see the intent of her image and music.

psssh come on! how can she judge lady gaga when she hasn't even heard Bad Romance, one of her best songs that says alot about her and is pretty deep (along with the video and her explanations about the song's meaning). you cant just listen to pokerface and say u know lady gaga and that she is 'philosophically incorrect'....its called research lady? do some! u dont see me saying hey ur fave band sucks, without me first listening to some if not all of their tracks before i say they blow chunks! :p

extra points for vampire weekend! it kinda makes me laugh when radio hosts or people working around music disrespect Gaga. I dare them to watch ANY video of her accoustic stuff and say she doesn't have talent. I work in a music store and I know how important it is to "listen to cool music that no one knows and that anything popular is evil" but please give credit where credit is due.
