Well I was wondering what the hell was going on with the dinosaur thing. They actually mention in Ice Age 2 that Dinosaurs were extinct so maybe it's going to happen in a different way. Something like them discovering scratst time machine

Anyway, at the age group this is targeted at, kids wont really take in these type of things. And if they were old enough to take it in, they'd learn rather quickly about the truth in school... Otherwise, the school is crap and they wouldn't have known anyway.

so theres "Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs" and then theres the video game "The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon." who copied who on the name? i think ice age copied the name from the spyro game because dawn of the dragon was going to come out LONG before i heard any mention of this movie.

Not to mention that the animals starring in the movie lived on different continents and even different eras, most long before, some after the ice ages.

It's comedy and definetly not to be taken seriously.

Btw animals, which we humen also are, communicate with their own language, allthough not as accurate as ours. We can even use these voice/body signals to get a message trough to certain extenct :)

Anyway, I too felt a little disturbed by the incorrect details in the ice age saga but alas, it is but a fictional film and if a child (or their parents) can't tell the difference between reality and fiction, that's not the filmmakers' fault.

Actually, I think this kind of film will inspire children to find out more about dinosaurs and their time period. It's all a bit of fantasy - things like this can't be hurting their brains anymore than some of the things that are going on in the real world.
