Skyrim: Ridiculously Fast Alteration Leveling

This is on PS3, no mods, cheats, hacks (is it even possible on PS3??). All you need is your enchanting at 100 and the telekinesis spell. You make 4 pieces that will make Alteration spells cost 25% less, then equip, and pick up a cup, plate, anything you feel like and watch the levels rack up.
