Yo I have all the momentum and form but doesn't headspins hurt? Every time I go for it my hair gets pulled and they hurt lol...is there a specific spot that you spin on?

@sincerelymine Thanks bro! I always feel like mine are relaxed. And I don't purposefully turn shoulders and head just make they are aligned. Just keep your legs spread during taps and then I go to the one leg in front one in back for balance when free spinning. And don't arch your back. good luck! post a vid.
