Check out this new film clip just released! It shows John McCain in a hospital bed in VietNam while he was still a POW MIA (Prisoner of War).
Much has been made out of McCain smoking a cigarette. Give me a break, he was probably given a cigarette to calm his nerves. The poor man had been beaten half to death, tortured, bones broken repeatedly.
Obama smokes TODAY! He is certainly not a Prisoner Of War. Obama is not proud enough of his country to have served it so bravely as John McCain did.

While I don't necessarily agree with his views, I do believe he deserves respect and sympathy for what he went through. Not as a politician- just as a human being.

is he the best candidate to bring america in a new direction which will support the general public instead of the corporate elite? no.
