Do not buy a Toshiba product.....ever!

Here's my experience with a Toshiba M305-S4910 laptop.

Toshiba jerked me around for 5 weeks. They couldn't fix it, would they send me a new one ? Nope, the same unit, STILL BROKEN.

they did the same thing to me to and i only had mine for a week and the screen broke, the mouse stoped working, and the headphones dont work. They gave me a refurbished computer and it works better but the headphone jack dont work and the usb dont work so please dont buy one get somthing else your wasting your money if you buy a toshiba laptop

Thanks for the note. We use Toshiba Tecra's at my work, and they seem to be fine. I could not believe how Toshiba customer support could be so awful . I hope my Tecra doesn't break. My HP DV-7 I bought while waiting for the Toshiba has been flawless. I did have to contact HP for my mother's desktop, and HP treated me pretty well. No complaints on HP from me. Even my old Dell 5100 P4 still works fine, heating my bedroom ha ha.

I bought mine from Best Buy as well, but I can't blame them. We use Toshiba Tecra's at work, and they have been fine. I was shocked on how Toshiba treated me, and in the end with more problems, they still refuse to replace it. If yours is working fine, then your good. But if you need warranty service, keep my experience in mind.

Im watching this on my dv7 after my toshiba m305-S4910 laptop died and I gave it to my brother after completely wiping it out. I just saw this video for the first time, too. I have a Toshiba TV, and I wont lie, it is pretty damn well. It has a splendid picture, and works great with 4 hdmi cords for $700.

hi tazy i have a laptop same as yours i been using this almost a year i just got a problem with my schreen its flickering but they fixed it but the real problem i have is the sounds i cannot play mix my voice on music on chat room. i feel bad but i cannot tdo anything. i wish i can send it back!!
