I used to be a great size, 5'7" && 140 lbs, but even then I didn't see it. I thought I was fat then... I went through huge, horrible incidents in my life, now I'm 40 lbs heavier && feel like a total COW!! I hate going out in public because I compare myself to every skinny girl && feel like everyone is looking at me because I feel like I look huge. I know I'm not super obese, but I look in the mirror and think "fat", every picture of myself I just want to delete. I was recently in my friend's wedding & I look so fat in all the pics! I wish I could get into her facebook profile & delete every pic of me.

Anyway, I used to be sooo good about my weight && have great willpower! Now if I'm happy, sad, mad, bored, I eat, and can't help it! I really would appreciate any and all encouragement! I'm hoping you guys will help my willpower & encourage me to keep losing weight && make more videos!

I would also appreciate any tips! I work outside & away from home with no fridges, microwaves, etc, during the day so what's most convenient? Fast food... ugh, I usually have it 1-3 times a day. I know if I cut that habit out, that will help alot! Any suggestions on quick meals & snacks would be awesome!

I have a day && a night job, so don't have much time for exercising! If anybody has any quick & effective workout tips, please let me know!!

Current weight... 180.4 lbs.... August 7, 2010.

Would like to get to 145lbs.. we will see. One lb at a time!

  • You are gorgeous, I am 5'7" and weigh 174 and I'm 24 years old, when I was active in high school sports I weighed 140. I thought I was fat then, I thought I was fat now, but then I changed my thinking, I look similar to you, my boobs are a bit smaller, but I am me, I don't need to hate myself, and you shouldn't hate yourself, you're a healthy and beautiful young woman, enjoy your body and life. Life is too short to waste it on self hate. Ps the average American woman is 5'4" and wears a size 14

  • Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

  • Tips: Park away from stores to make you walk (except at night, park close for safety). Bring fresh fruit and veggies (stay away from dips) with you and keep in a cooler. Drink lots of water. If you have to eat fast food, get the main course by itself, not soda or fries. Get 8 hours of sleep a night/day. If your work allows, strap ankle weights on while your there or doing stuff around the house. Hope those help ;)

  • People are correct in saying you shouldn't lose weight for anyone but you. But you definately have to change your eating habits. There are people, fat and skinny, that eat junk all the time and their insides and hearts are paying for it. Yes have self confidence, but don't listen to these people who tell you to think you're perfect. None of us are perfect, and it's a struggle to stay healthy, but it's worth it in the long run. Change for your health, not your looks. And I'm in the same boat ;)
