I have an ORANGE tree that some how became unhealthy. The oranges grow but SPLIT OPEN before they are fully grown. How do I cater to my tree and make them HEALTHY again?? I can't stand them growing only to SPLIT OPEN before I can try them... someone help????

my question would be I have a orange tree and its winter now and its in side dotn have a lot of room because we had to move and I'm using a grow light the tree is ayear old now but its losing a lot of leaves is this because of the lack of lights or light
