The painting is in utterly good taste ! Can you please give us the name of it as well as the artist ? Wonderful rendition, but I didn't expect any less from Joyce.

Magdelena Kozena's version is awesome too and was my favorite, but I think I like this one even more. I have never heard DiDonato sing an aria like this before. Brava!!!

I just finished listening to a version that took almost 11:00 for this same aria. As usual, thebarroque, you chose a better version of the same piece. The faster tempo serves the music better, providing a better challenge to the formidable skills of Joyce DiDonato! Bravo! *****

There are longer renditions of this aria for example Karina Gauvin's one is 12 and a half minutes long :P
