Lexus IS250C In Action

Lexus all new IS250C has gone on sale in Ireland and is priced at just €61,400. With stunning styling, an impressive spec sheet and Lexus popularity ever rising, the IS250C is set to be a firm favourite with cabrio buyers. Only the IS250Cs bonnet, headlamps, door handles and mirrors are shared with the IS saloon; all other body panels have been redesigned to ensure they harmonise perfectly with the three-part folding roof. Speaking of the roof, it can open and fold out of sight in a mere 20 seconds, which is record pace for a car in this category. Its compact roof design means there is large boot space and plenty of head and legroom for rear seat passengers. The IS250C gets the same proven 205hp V6 petrol engine as its saloon counterpart. It also features enhanced torsional stiffness, and noise and vibration levels are on a par with the IS saloon. Thanks to the remarkably compact packaging of the three-part roof mechanism, there is large boot space, together with easy rear seat access and generous accommodation for rear passengers.
