Thought it was a good video for letting people know your side of the snow story in the UK. I had nothing against the music either, it was actually very appropriate.

What's with the idiots posting bad comments on this and giving low ratings!? It's clearly a personal video with a poetic slant (I know that 30 seconds of window snow gazing can be a poetic experience... letting others wonder who or what is on your mind). This is why a raging river is beautiful to some people and looks like cold, wet death to others.
So, I'm standing up for this simple video... made by using the heart... and all some **** could do was to wish he could stab you in that heart!

I think watching snow is refreshing. And I like this video for personal reasons.

I see your point mate and have no qualm takin on the bullets. However, what amazes me is the fact that you officially joined youtube 2 days ago and all you managed to do so far is slaughter people's videos. That has a lot to tell about you and your sense of equilibrium. Im sure mine deserved the fairer share though :)
Take good care of urself lad.

Also this is why a lot of shit art happens, and people become dellusional about oneselves. They become lazy and ignore the fact that they are not infact special. but need to work hard, try again, study, work harder, test themsleves compete , fail, reflect , try again. ITS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
If I was making such mistakes I would be furious if nobody even commented. I look forward to the next vid. It will be much better and rigorously thought through. No thanks to you lot.

So, getting back on topic.
I think if I was underperforming or making mistakes I of course invite criticism. This is good, that is why its right to offer comments of total disgust. Not, "oooh, pretty snow. Aren't you clever because you don't talk like Phil down the bookies" I can see what the vid author is trying to say, but its just not good enough. Quite franly, Inelegantly pointing out that the snow gave him emotions is not enough. We all know this. What sort of emotions?

The real idiots are the faux intellectuals just struggling with the fact that they can actually think for themselves. I'm all for free speech and all that but wouldnt it be nice if u had to qualify yourself to be aloud to voice your opinions in the public domain. i.e the opposite of 'forum culture' Ignorant people are given the benefit of the doubt. The phrase 'well its just my opinion' is disgusting. Watching Eastenders is a celebration of stupid people for stupid people. All the same to me.
I thought it was beautiful. I loved watching the snow from my window and if I could have picked a backing track at the time this would have been perfect.

Thanx Jenny. You have got no clue how much turmoil this clip had to go through. It took a while before people began to understand its personal significance. Initially people ranted over the music, then its vagueness and then its philosophy. While my attempt was of sheer spontaneous personal relevance.
Anyway, this musical score is taken from 'White Oleander' by Thoman Newman. His other works : Wall-e, shawshank redemption, american beauty, finding nemo, road to perdition...A Contemporary Genius!

I actually do...not because I have to but I like to...sometimes its hard to swallow when people get a little too critical to be comfortable but I try and manage to be as nice as possible. :)
