Mercedes-Benz Museum Architecture

The Mercedes-Benz museum is unique location for displaying over 120 years of automotive history. It's for it's architecture alone that the Mercedes-Benz museum is worth a visit. Designed by the Dutch UN-Studio, it newly defines the automotive museum. The building combines it's elegant appearance with unique structure of a double helix. The special feature inside the museum is the route visitors are taking through it. They start their tour of the exhibition not at the entrange in ground level, but are taken straight to the upper most level by lifts. Here they can coose between two different routes which they can walk through the museum from the top downwards. Either through five thematically arranged Collection rooms or on a chronological Legend tour through more than 120 years of automotive history.
